The Chaos Communication Camp 2007

24.02.07 21:00 Age: 2 yrs

The chaos communication camp 2007 is an open air hacking event near berlin, germany, and its prolly the largest event of its kind in europe.

A photo from the first camp 1998

And finally, it is time for that great event again, after 4 years of abstinence the chaos computer club announced the next chaos communication camp for the august of this year.

and of course, i will be there, sharing my knowledge with the public, and getting some new ideas about it.

i am hoping to meet some of you guys there as well, after all, this is the largest hacking event in europe, and all that open air.

still thinking about a topic i may talk about, what would you prefer to hear on an event of that kind?

the location has slightly changed, its now near an airport outside of berlin, and not anymore at the beautiful place at the lake, i will be missing the chance to cool down at that lake greatly, after all the german summers can be pretty hot, the last time we had some fireguards put us up with some extra water to cool us all down.

this is not a business type of a meeting, its more like an open event, where everyone may join in, doesnt matter of his direct relation to the community.

so see ya'll at the campside.

yours oliver
