Typo3Setup Basic Typo3 Website Framework
Typo3Setup is a collection of useful css/template/typoscript/javascript files, if you are planning to develop your own typo3 website, and dont want to reinvent the wheel.
You can see this in use with my own website, it builds on top of the 
typo3 content management system, a very powerful content management system, thats kind of famous in europe for company websites and church websites most of the times but not only...
It is not the simplest of the cms out there, has quite a learning curve if you are coming from pure html/php/javascript websites, or anything else like joomla, but you will be suprised about how much you can do with it.
